We support all commercial segments - from Enterprise to SMB - by building and evolving frameworks such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and Long-Range Planning. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the long-term revenue growth strategy for key workloads within the M365 & Copilot portfolio. Responsibilities M365 Copilot Pricing & Packaging: Lead SKU lineup strategy, assess the financial impact of new features and products, and evaluate long-term business model viability. Partner with Business Planning and Product Marketing to align recommendations and influence leadership Agent Monetization: Design innovative business models and monetization frameworks for the next wave of AI agentic value, ensuring finance principles are embedded in strategic decisions AI Competitive Analysis: Track generative AI competitors’ market share, product roadmaps, financials, and funding activity. Develop long-term Copilot share projections using internal and external research Capacity & Infrastructure Investments: Collaborate with MSIO Finance to evaluate long-range demand planning and ROI on capital expenditures Embody our culture and values Qualifications Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of financial modeling and business partnership with product, marketing or business planning. Analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in financial modeling Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling business cases Detail-oriented yet able to drive big-picture strategy Self-motivated, adaptable to ambiguity, and skilled at prioritization across multiple workstreams Confident communicator who can influence leadership Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
