Description

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting and management accounting across their contract manufacturing sites and centralized supply chain operations. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with regional teams and China manufacturing sites, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in financial close, management accounting, and reporting processes.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and site-level teams, including China operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems; advanced Excel and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
  • Manage management accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational results.
  • Analyze business performance, highlighting key trends, risks, and areas of concern while providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with regional teams and China manufacturing sites to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Act as a principal finance partner for contract manufacturing sites and supply chain centralization initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects, cost optimization, and process improvement across the supply chain and manufacturing network.
  • Drive strong governance, controls, and adherence to group reporting standards.
