What exactly can you expect from us?

• You will take over clients from our portfolio and act as a financial specialist within their finance department. In this role, you will define and optimize processes in day-to-day operations.
• In most companies, you will encounter complexity, unclear requirements, and structures. It will be your responsibility to initiate and implement projects in the finance area and process optimization, including those involving related departments.
• You will help our clients' teams progress by providing operational support in their financial accounting and in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will be responsible for managing internal compliance and governance issues within the group. A passion for international projects and working with international contacts is essential.
• As a proactive and communicative leader, you assemble functional teams and are the contact person for banks, auditors and consultants.
• You lead and develop younger colleagues within your own team by passing on your knowledge and experience and by meaningfully utilizing their skills in various (sub-)projects.

What skills and experiences will help you in everyday life?

• We are looking for people with the drive to “move mountains” – to improve processes, projects and employee management.
• Several years of experience as an employee in the finance department of international companies, ideally with management and project responsibility, is essential.
• As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be in regular contact with various stakeholders: friendliness, openness and a touch of empathy are essential in everyday life.
• Furthermore, it is important that you "translate" and clearly communicate the company's goals to the stakeholders, depending on your position and area of ​​responsibility. Target group-oriented communication is one of your strengths.
• Regardless of position, age, etc., you treat your conversation partners with respect and always on an equal footing.
• Excellent knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and good tax knowledge are essential for this position.
• Prior experience with PRINCE2 is advantageous, however, we will of course provide you with further internal training in this framework.
