We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team, bringing expertise in financial management, operational advising, and ERP systems to support our continued growth.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to the Owner and General Manager, and manage key customer reporting processes. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for financial and operational functions, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of 3PL financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the 3PL or logistics industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with payroll processing and tax filings (HST, WSIB, EHT).
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing financial and operational KPIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in Canadian tax regulations and compliance
  • Comfortable working 100 percent in the office
  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations), SAP or similar ERP software for financial reporting, invoicing, and operational processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3PL customer reporting, chargebacks, and freight cost analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with third-party payroll platforms (e.g., Rise).
  • Background in developing cash flow forecasts and budgeting processes.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant).
