The Opportunity The Senior Finance Manager, Industrial provides strategic financial insights across a portfolio of assets to support business growth. This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract opportunity where you will lead a high-performing team, you’ll deliver timely, accurate analysis that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities to drive asset performance and informed decision-making. What you will be doing Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor and manage Property Finance and Performance & Analytics teams, fostering a high-performance culture with regular feedback and support. Drive Financial Insights: Provide accurate, timely analysis and strategic insights to influence decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and enable business growth. Ensure Governance and Compliance: Oversee financial governance, risk management, and adherence to compliance processes across the portfolio. Deliver Accurate Modelling and Reporting: Maintain best-practice asset models and ensure consistent, insightful reporting on financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and asset plans. Enhance Analytics and Performance: Oversee sector-level analytics, trend reporting, and process improvements to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement About You Tertiary qualification in finance, property, or business, with strong experience in property finance, analytics, and asset management. Deep understanding of property and advanced property accounting processes, with preferred experience using Yardi and TM1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence outcomes. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, navigate ambiguity, and implement portfolio-wide solutions collaboratively. Analytical mindset with the agility to move between detailed asset-level impacts and broader sector-level insights to drive performance. Why choose Dexus?
