• Lead, develop and empower the UK finance team to deliver timely and accurate invoicing with related credit control whilst fostering collaboration and support professional growth
• Reporting to Country Manager with a dotted line to regional CFO
• Produce monthly financial and management accounts for Country Manager, Regional Management and Group
• Prepare financial statements under local GAAP and IFRS in SAP
• Responsible for financial planning, budget forecasting and controlling for the UK business in line with Group requirements
• Responsible for year-end reporting and audit in line with Group requirements
• Responsible for VAT and Tax submissions inc. P11D and tax reporting to Group
• Act as a business partner in a rapidly growing business; collaborate with sales, account management and operations in assessing gaps, proactively provide forward-looking transparency on business
• Cash management and treasury for residential heat billing
• Key point of contact with bank and auditors
