Take full ownership of the local finance function – from accounting and reporting to budgeting and forecasting – and shape how financial excellence is lived at our Austrian site
Act as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and international Group stakeholders, turning financial insight into clear recommendations that guide both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Drive profitability, healthy cash flow and working capital, while identifying opportunities to strengthen margins and secure sustainable, long-term financial performance
Ensure reliable compliance, governance, audits and statutory reporting in line with local regulations and international Group standards
Develop meaningful KPIs, transparent reporting and hands-on financial analysis that give management a clear, reliable view of where the business stands
Lead and develop a small, dedicated finance team, continuously improve processes and systems, and grow into a role with real visibility and impact
Gradually take on responsibility for the local HR agenda, supporting employee-related topics and helping to foster a positive, people-oriented working environment
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong expertise in accounting, financial analysis, management reporting, profitability analysis and standard costing
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and working capital optimization
Advanced Excel skills and sound ERP system knowledge
Basic knowledge of Austrian financial, employment and compensation legislation
Fluent German and English language skills
High integrity, professional credibility and a strong sense of ownership
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach with the ability to think beyond finance
