Job Description

  • You will be responsible for owning and driving a wide range of finance-related projects (business planning, setting up booking/mapping logics, driving efficiencies by further automating processes, etc.)
  • You will take over the preparation, review, and coordination of annual statements and audits
  • You will be responsible for coordinating tasks with internal teams as well as external partners
  • You will be significantly involved in regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will further develop internal finance processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have some years of experience in financial accounting (HGB, RechKredV) and management accounting (reporting and budgeting)
  • You have first-hand experience in preparing (consolidated) annual financial statements and the auditing process
  • You are familiar with tax related accounting matters, e.g. VAT
  • You have experience working in the financial industry/banking
  • You have an organizational talent with a quick grasp of things coupled with a very precise way of working and high problem-solving skills
  • You are strong team player with a strength in communication skills as well as analytical thinking
  • You have experience in leading teams
  • You are fluent in English and German
