Description
Lead the plan/white-paper for the 5-year gross margin plan and showcase efficiencies needed in the next 5-years based on revenue trends to meet commitments. Influence stakeholders, such as Azure platform, on efficiencies needed to support 1P (First-Party). Liaison with M365 revenue team and business planning team on new features, owning financial modeling for such features, including executive alignment on overall feature viability. Own usage modelling and trends to understand COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) per across workloads. Partner with Cost-in finance stakeholders to develop models to land triangulation of demand and cost-in, and understand efficiencies and COGS optimizations margin goals. Synthesize diverse data into clear narratives and communicate results effectively demonstrating business acumen. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations by reviewing financial processes and documents. Advise on policy adherence and coordinate with Compliance teams. Embody our culture and values Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
