What can you expect?You are responsible for the entire financial management.
You ensure compliance with all tax regulations (German Commercial Code, German Fiscal Code, German VAT Act) as well as regulatory compliance.
You manage the budgeting and financial planning processes, create detailed forecasts, and derive recommendations for action from them.
As an important interface, you will work closely with the payroll department and the HR department.
You analyze existing financial processes, identify potential improvements, and drive the further development of internal control systems.
You prepare meaningful financial reports and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders and present your results in a target-group-oriented manner.
What makes you stand out?Certified accountant - e.g., certified accountant (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), tax advisor, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent recognized qualification
University degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting/finance, ideally in a GmbH or a similar corporate structure.
Sound knowledge of German commercial and tax law (HGB, AO, UStG), corporate taxation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Practical experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Lexware or similar ERP systems)
Proficient use of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
