Description

Develop and manage a project plan for various workstreams, identify gaps, drive accountabilities, and communicate status to stakeholders Develop trusted partnerships across diverse teams such as Corporate Development, Central Finance, engineering groups (EG) Finance, Tax, Accounting, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), and external auditors. Demonstrate proficiency in US GAAP and able to efficiently document accounting conclusions Simplify complex accounting, finance, and business details to support leadership decision-making. Successful execution of time-sensitive and high-pressure deliverables with calm composure, positive attitude, and team spirit. Contribute to team growth including mentorship, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and training activities. Apply judgment and manage multiple workstreams to create clarity in ambiguous scenarios. Embody our culture and values Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in a matrix-based organization Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field AND 8+ years of accounting or finance experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field AND 6+ years of accounting or finance experience Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent Proficient US GAAP knowledge and experience
