The team’s charter is to optimize our investments in Customer Support across both Azure and Dynamics, while providing visibility to variance drivers. As a Senior Finance Manager on this team, you will partner with Engineering and our CSS teams to transform support using AI by enabling Copilot and experimenting and leveraging several other ways to enable quick resolution of cases, increase self help and deflection and revolutionizing Engineer productivity and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controller-ship or finance, or related field
- OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controller-ship or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing high-level projects with a specific focus on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to form and influence cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-value projects both as an individual and through vendor teams with business partnering skills
- Proven data and financial modeling capabilities and ability to work with financial systems
- Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way.
- Executive level oral and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in pro-actively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and v-team efforts.
- Ability to drive best-in-class decision support in ambiguous environments. Partnering capabilities, with the ability to influence others without direct authority and appropriately push back when required.
- Deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly commercial public and private cloud services, business models and economics preferred
- Comfort working at multiple altitudes, from strategic/high-level projects to detailed COGS analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, quickly prioritize for impact and the resourcefulness to deliver
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
