We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager for FP&A team to be at the center of leading and driving the financial processes for the organization. This includes planning, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and financial data management. The role requires partnering with executives and various finance teams across the company to provide decision support and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities Provide timely, relevant, and accurate management reporting through dashboards and presentations. Leading Ryhtm of Business with close ,forecast and MBR and preparation of leadership slides for close ,forecast and planning Drive insightful analysis of financial and business metrics to support and drive business decisions - Leading Customer service and support (CSS) complex volume analysis with the collaboration of Engineering Finance Team Working on the simplification project across capacity planning and HC management for CSS business. Simplify the complex allocations rule of CSS to make it more structured and efficient Conceptualize and design new approaches and metrics for collecting and evaluating relevant financial data. Ensure strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance. Direct a comprehensive system of accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Trusted Business Partnership to CSU team for COGS and revenue Solve Complex Business Problems, Effective Collaboration and Clear Storytelling Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. 1+ years Data Science & reporting experience in financial analysis, accounting,controllership or finance, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in project management, Financial analysis, data management on P&L and cost Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to achieve results Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
