REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND extensive experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in multinational finance functions working with complex matrixed organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior PC market and / or Consumer technology experience is highly desirable.
  • Mastery of complex analytics & modelling and ability to distill critical insights & decision points.
  • Strong process management– able to synthesize & simplify multiple deliverables into concise logical workflows.
    This role does require you to be onsite 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Performance management: Partner with business stakeholders to drive unit, revenue, gross margin and market share targets. Be an influential finance partner using data-driven analytics and deep business / compete understanding to distil actionable insights. Drive accountability through focus on key business drivers, understanding of past results / future trends and implications vs. target.
  • Investment Optimization: Develop and implement investment frameworks to ensure investments are managed in line with strategy, ROI, partner commitments and are coordinated to optimize strategic outcomes. Bring agility and thought leadership on how we can rebalance / expand investment in response to market and business opportunities.
  • Financial Planning: Own forecast & outlooks processes for the businesses you support. Drive forecast accuracy, regional stakeholder alignment and clear & concise feedback loops with worldwide groups. Be an independent voice, using data to verify the business projections and ensure consistency across our financial and business narratives. Communicate complex, data-driven recommendations to business partners, including delivering challenging messages when necessary, and drive consensus on investment strategies and remediation plans .
  • Growth & Transformation:. Contribute to ideation on growth opportunities. Lead financial modeling & investment design within the strategic and financial parameters of our business. Partner with business to understand market dynamics and channel economics.
  • Finance Processes and Accountabilities: Oversee and efficient close process and contribute to an insightful rhythm of the business (ROB) - providing predictability and transparency through our financial storytelling. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core finance activities through the application of AI and enhanced reporting, automation, process excellence. Create strong Culture of Compliance in all interactions.
  • Community: Active member of the WW Consumer Controller community. Partner with Regional / WW peers to innovate, share insights & address common opportunities.
