  • Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the quality, integrity and timeliness of financial outcomes across a key business division and associated entities.
  • Provide senior-level financial leadership and commercial business partnering to executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on financial, commercial and strategic matters.
  • Lead the financial oversight of complex trust, funding and securitisation structures.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and resolve complex accounting matters.
  • Lead audit planning, issue resolution and liaison with external auditors and advisers.
  • Provide financial input into new and existing funding and transaction structures.
  • Oversee regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and reporting to senior management, boards and committees.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, trustees, funders and other external stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop and mentor finance team members, including offshore resources.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, controls and automation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability across the finance function.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Finance and CFO on broader finance initiatives and projects.
  • Progressively take on additional responsibilities across the wider Group as demonstrated capability develops.


  • About YouWe are seeking a CA/CPA-qualified finance professional with significant experience in a complex financial services, lending, funds management or similarly regulated environment.You will ideally have:8+ years' experience across accounting and finance, with experience operating at a senior level.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and sound professional judgement.
  • Experience working with complex entities, trusts, funding structures or securitisation vehicles.
  • A strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights.
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • A track record of improving processes and implementing robust financial controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience within lending, private credit, asset management, funds management, securitisation or broader financial services would be highly regarded.
