SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee our end‑to‑end Finance Operations in China, including accounting, reporting, compliance, and process optimization. You will play a key role in enhancing financial governance, enabling business growth, and contributing to regional and global finance initiatives. The Role As the Senior Finance Manager, you will: Oversee all Accounting Operations in China, including AR, AP, GL, tax, and compliance. Lead the month-end close process: prepare journal entries, review GL accounts, and perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with local statutory rules, tax regulations, and global finance policies. Support the Head of Finance with monthly and quarterly management reporting for local leadership and APAC stakeholders. Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital efficiency. Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and engage with external auditors and advisors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen internal controls. Provide financial insights and support on ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects as needed. Act as a role model for team collaboration, business partnership, and a growth‑oriented finance culture. What we need to see from you What We Need to See from You Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred. Demonstrated expertise in China statutory requirements, tax rules, and financial governance. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate, support cross‑functional teams, and step into various finance roles when needed. Excellent communication skills, including a good command of English. Advanced proficiency with financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, NAV). Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Job Function Finance
