SoftwareOne’s Finance team is looking for a highly seasoned Senior Finance Manager to lead our China Finance function. This role spans accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and business partnering. You will oversee end‑to‑end finance operations, manage a local finance team, and play a key role in strengthening our financial governance framework. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage all Accounting Operations for China, including AR, AP, GL, and Tax. Oversee and coach the local Finance team, ensuring strong operational discipline and capability development. Drive month-end closing activities (journal entries, GL reviews, balance sheet reconciliations) in compliance with statutory, tax, and group reporting requirements. Support the Head of Finance in preparing monthly/quarterly management reporting for local and APAC stakeholders. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize operational needs. Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions with auditors and advisors. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA / ACCA highly preferred. Diversified finance experience (accounting, internal controls, FP&A, or hybrid roles). Demonstrated success in leading and developing finance teams in a multinational environment. A strong team-first attitude with agility to support diverse finance functions; embraces a growth mindset and continuous improvement culture. Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems (e.g., NAV). Strong resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Function Finance
