Description
You have a university degree, ideally in finance, economics or a comparable field, and bring several years of experience in the finance and management environment.
You have sound experience in the holistic management of financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow and forecasting), the preparation of local annual financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB), and in collaborating with auditors and tax advisors in Germany.
Ideally, you have experience in the FMCG, beauty or retail industry and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced consumer goods environment.
You already have experience working with a shared service center.
You feel comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and maintain an overview even during changes.
You are a true team player, promote positive and solution-oriented collaboration, and lead by example as a leader.
You are resilient, can confidently manage different stakeholders, and maintain focus even with multiple parallel topics and priorities.
You impress with your strong analytical skills and can explain complex financial relationships clearly, understandably and concisely.
You possess the ability to constructively question existing approaches, provide impetus, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
You have excellent IT skills, especially in Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, TM1 (Cognos), and Power BI is a plus.
