About the Role

Working closely with the Managing Director, National Operations Manager and National Sales Manager, you will support the financial performance of CW Products while ensuring the day-to-day finance function operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, including management reporting, month-end and year-end processes, compliance and financial controls.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management, providing meaningful analysis to support business decisions.
• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve financial performance, pricing, margins, inventory management and profitability.
• Provide practical financial advice and reporting to the Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and Advisory Board as required.
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance Team, strengthening individual capability, collaboration and accountability, and helping the team to grow with the business.
• Work alongside the team to resolve financial and operational issues, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems, reporting, processes and controls.
