Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia Head Office, is currently seeking for a professional to fill in the following position:

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in related majors
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Computer savvy, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in purchase ledger accounting as well as payments and banking, including bank reconciliation etc.
  • Ability to analyse and interrogate accounts together, managing budgets with excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge in regulatory issues, accounting, tax planning and SPAK
  • Adaptable to changes
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills in accounting and financial management information systems
  • Proactive, self-initiating, quick learner, and detail oriented
  • Having a Responsible-to-Life attitude

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Supervise financial operations of the office
  • Responsible for managing the financial transactions, including overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and managing financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial records and transactions
  • Coordinates the daily operations and activities of procurement and accounts payable
  • Maintains the integrity of the journal process including authorising and processing of journals
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes and activities across the office to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, advice and provide insights and other analytical support services to management and stakeholders
  • Support accountants by providing information as needed in relation to taxation
  • Work with other departments and employees to ensure the finance guidelines are followed
  • Provides audit assistance and takes corrective action to ensure integrity of financial information
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Responsible for reporting to regulators / OJK, and external audits
  • Performs other duties as directed
