1. Provide a high standard of financial services, strategic advice and training to support the Chief Financial Officer, in developing,
   monitoring and reporting of budget, financial and taxation information in accordance with legislative frameworks and provide
   recommendations for improvement.
2. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and other adhoc reconciliations to support the operations of LDC.
3. Manage the maintenance and integrity of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers for LDC.
4. Provide ad hoc reports and projects to meet internal and external analysis and reporting.
5. Conduct regular reviews of financial management policies and practices of the Corporation and recommend changes ensuring it operates
   effectively and efficiently within relevant legislation, accounting standards, Treasury and Finance Circulars and budget parameters.
6. Prepare, analyse and manage cash flows to facilitate the monthly reporting of expenditure against budget.
7. Prepare and contribute to Ministerial correspondence and budget submissions in a timely manner and assist with the Corporations
   Governance requirements and audits.
