SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER
Richmond Dairies is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Finance Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving effective financial management. This position involves maintaining financial accuracy, assisting with budget preparation, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and contributing to the overall financial integrity of our operations. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Finance Officer, you will provide key financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting services while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial operations.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage cash reserves and banking processes.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial performance reports.
- Provide support for asset management activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits, as well as preparing statutory reports and returns.
- Oversee and maintain risk registers and fees/charges.
- Process creditor invoices and reconcile creditor statements.
- Handle creditor payments and debtor controls.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage foreign currency transactions.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (minimum requirement).
- MYOB experience is essential; experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience with payroll would be a great advantage.
- Permanent residency and eligibility to work in Australia.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven experience in accounting procedures, financial management, and reporting.
- Exceptional time management skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to providing customer-focused service.
