Join us in this role where you’ll responsible for driving projects in finance and taking active part in Ørsted’s financial transformation. You contribute to improving efficiency and decision-making through in-dept analysis and engaging in smaller and bigger projects across the business finance area.
Welcome to Financial Performance & Analysis
You’ll be part of Financial Analysis & Allocations where you, together with your colleagues, will be delivering optimization and development projects and working with ad-hoc analysis. In the team, we are also responsible for managing our internal financial allocations. You will be part of talented and dedicated team of 8 people. We support business finance, but also have stakeholders in the rest of finance and other strategic teams in Ørsted. We are working with smaller and bigger projects across the finance organization where we mature, optimize and develop of new processes and ways of working.
As a team, we help each other, share knowledge, and support each other to succeed. We are having an open and informal dialogue in the team and want to develop as individuals and as a team.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving projects across business finance
  • solving special projects related to our financial steering model to make sure we work in a consistent way across our organization
  • upskilling team members to new tasks, processes and best practices when they are established
  • taking active part in continues improvement, including process streamlining in financial planning, analysis and reporting processes
  • provide deeper financial insights and support better decision-making on ad-hoc requests
  • foster clear and understandable communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment on changes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a master’s degree in accounting, controlling or equivalent experience
  • are a strong communicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills
  • are enthusiastic, proactive, self-driven and challenge the status quo
  • are managing and driving change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes
  • valuing being part of a team and are a team player
  • thrive in a dynamic environment, are not afraid of asking questions, and continuously learn and develop.
