Job Description Your responsibilities: Coordinating and delivering financial optimization initiatives. Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements. Assessing the impact of implemented improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs). Modeling and mapping processes. Identifying innovative solutions to improve financial processes. Participating in the implementation of the SAP system. Qualifications What we are looking for: At least 3 years of experience in the process optimization area. Very good familiarity with financial and controlling processes. Knowledge of process mapping (preferably BPMN 2.0) and process modeling principles. A university degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Management). English and Polish language skills at a communicative level (minimum B2). Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation of process KPIs. Ability to work in matrix and project-based organizational structures. A high sense of responsibility, reliability, ability to meet commitments and deadlines, strong self-organization, and effective priority management. Strong communication skills and the ability to implement process improvements. Knowledge of new technologies or a strong interest in and ability to identify solutions based on emerging technologies.
