Ambu A/S is currently looking for an experienced Senior Finance Process Specialist based in Ballerup to join our dynamic team during an exciting period of transformation. If you are passionate about optimizing financial processes, driving change and strengthening of internal controls, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing financial processes and ensuring the effective deployment of finance systems globally. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure process governance and work closely with Financial Shared Service (FSS) team to drive standardization, automation, and harmonization across finance relevant business processes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vital member of the Global Finance and Accounting team, reporting to the Head of Global Financial Processes, you will:

  • Act as super user on financial processes and systems for global finance organisation and develop and participate in finance super user network.
  • Lead process simplification and standardisation within global finance organisation including FSS.
  • Drive change management for finance transformational projects and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Act as Finance contact for application enhancements and projects in respective process area and be responsible for testing, documentation, handover to finance organisation and FSS and ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Ensure seamless integration finance systems with other applications.

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in multinational environments, either from Big 4 accountancy firm or other multinational corporations.
  • Extensive work experience in finance process standardization and simplification.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience in rolling out ERP projects and/or IT applications globally.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • A strong accounting background, with solid understanding of risks and internal controls
