Description

Drive improvements and enhancements across finance systems, reporting platforms, and business processes
Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to develop insightful reporting and analysis solutions
Gather business requirements and translate finance needs into practical system and reporting solutions
Support and maintain key finance systems, including ERP and EPM platforms
Lead system enhancement projects, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
Develop business cases, requirements documentation, and governance frameworks
Provide user support, training, and change management activities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and the broader CIMIC Group
Mentor team members and contribute to best practice solution delivery
