EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business/Technology role.
• Experience within Retail & Finance functions is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering significant and complex change programs.
• Experience working with project delivery teams to implement projects on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
• Demonstrable experience in managing senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management frameworks.
• Experience with key tools such as JIRA and Google Suite.

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Head of Business Technology, the Technology Business Partner (ITBP) serves as the strategic interface and key liaison between the IT department and assigned business units. The core purpose of this role is to align technology solutions with business strategy, drive value from IT investments, and manage the relationship to ensure technology effectively supports and enables business objectives. The ITBP acts as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic consulting on technology-related initiatives and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
