• Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts payable
• Execution and monitoring of payment transactions
• Intercompany voting
• Booking of incoming goods invoices and participation in the inventory process
• Contact persons for suppliers and internal departments
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support in optimizing and digitizing accounting processes
• Participation in projects, especially in the context of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Preparation of annual financial statements for subsidiaries (depending on entry level)

You bring the following:

• Completed commercial training in the financial sector
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the finance department
• You have a structured and analytical way of thinking, quickly recognize connections and find suitable solutions even for complex problems.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and respectfully, and impress with reliable and cooperative collaboration.
• You work independently, carefully and responsibly, proactively contribute and enjoy driving topics forward and helping to shape processes.
• You have fluent German skills and conversational English skills, and can communicate confidently in both languages ​​in everyday professional situations.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
