This is an excellent opportunity for a CA/CPA qualified accountant to gain exposure to join a leading banking organisation in a Senior Financial Accounting position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Manage balance sheet and profit & loss reporting.
• Provide technical accounting advice on new products and business initiatives.
• Support the ongoing development and monitoring of financial control frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business to drive best practice and continuous improvement.

Experience Required:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification (or be actively working towards it).
• Experience in financial reporting or financial control in a financial services, ideally retail banking, environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Financial services experience is highly regarded.
• Experience working within a large, complex organisation will be viewed favourably.
