We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant to strengthen our finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and high-quality financial insight that supports our expanding global operations. Duties & Responsibilities Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts. Take charge of balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance reviews on a monthly basis. Perform intercompany reconciliations. Handle payments and reconcile accounts with suppliers. Conduct analysis of project expenditures and accruals in collaboration with the project management team. Support the Financial Controller in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts. Assist with the external audit procedures. Ensure compliance with external reporting obligations, including RCT, VAT, Intrastat, VIES, and National Statistics. Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency, optimize workflows, and strengthen controls. A recognised accounting professional with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in preparing financial statements and management accounts. Proficient IT skills are crucial, including extensive experience with Excel. Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate and integrate effectively with individuals at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail. A collaborative mindset with a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude. Self-driven with the ability to handle a variety of tasks while swiftly transitioning between them.
