The FSSC (Finance Shared Service Center), located in the Netherlands - Breda, takes care of transactional accounting and record to report activities for all entities of NewCold. These businesses are located around the globe and concern both warehouses and transport. The FSSC needs to grow and further professionalize to keep up with the growing demand of services because of the growth and professionalization of the NewCold group.

• Manage our key entities for the day-to-day accounting under tight deadlines and in line with the policies and guidelines for the FSSC of NewCold
• Manage intercompany transactions from the entities within the group
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing in line with the FSSC closing checklist
• Preparation and analysis of balance sheet reconciliations (incl. bank, AR and AP)
• Registration of monthly payroll
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of vendor payments
• Preparation of audit documentation
• Assist in various improvement projects for the FSSC team
