Description
TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a detail–oriented Senior Financial Accountant at our Head Office in Athens. This position reports to the General Accounting Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to prepare financial reporting, perform key accounting controls, and take ownership of the closing process, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely financial information, while contributing to the effectiveness of the accounting function. Responsibilities Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing process, preparing monthly and annual financial statements within defined deadlines, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal accounting policies Perform key account reconciliations and financial controls to ensure completeness and integrity of accounting records Prepare and maintain accounting records, reporting deliverables, and supporting documentation for financial reporting Provide financial information and supporting documentation to Internal and External Auditors, as well as Public Authorities Contribute to broader accounting activities, including accounts payable entries, provisions, accruals, and other period-end adjustments Participation in cross-functional projects, supporting process optimization Qualifications University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
