QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • (Equivalent experience or a combination of education and experience in related fields will also be considered.)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting Principles.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite Accounting is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data visualization) and PowerPoint for financial presentations.
  • Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in Chicago, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office per week).
