We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst with 5+ years of recent experience in financial analysis or accounting. You MUST have experience from a holding company or a product-based business (manufacturing/distribution preferred) to be considered for this role.
You’ll be responsible for accurate financial reporting, robust budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves executive-level reporting, detailed variance analysis, and developing advanced financial models to boost efficiency. You’ll also support our AP/AR teams as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Mandatory experience from a holding company or a manufacturing/distribution company.
Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Bilingual Japanese is a plus

Lead FP&A cycles: annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
