• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, providing insightful analysis.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigating discrepancies and recommending corrective actions to maintain financial health.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Proven experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, retail) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
