EDUCATION:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business and/or accounting or equivalent business experience is required. CA/CMA/CGA and/or MBA with prior financial analysis and reporting experience is required .

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
  • Proven track record of business partnering and delivering insights to non-finance leaders
  • Advanced Excel and strong ERP system expertise (JD Edwards or similar)
  • Effective Communication both verbally and in writing.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, financial reporting and accounting skills.

MAJOR DUTIES:

The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a strategic partner to divisional leadership, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and business performance. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering.
As a core member of the Finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst is a primary finance partner, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team for driving sustainable progress in our strategic initiatives.
