Senior Financial Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Enterprise Rates Center of Expertise (COE) Team in Hazelwood, Missouri as a Senior Financial Analyst. Take on a high-impact, senior-level finance role that places you at the heart of financial strategy for the Boeing Global Services Accounting Business Unit (ABU): MD. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead comprehensive rate forecasting across multiple major pools that drive key business areas including Engineering, Product Support, Government Training, and Supply Support. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the development of Rate Forecasts for BGS Accounting Business Unit MD involving the forecasting, allocation of costs, overhead and base projections for Forward Pricing Rate Proposals/Agreements (FPRP/A) with the United States Government Interface with various levels of senior leadership across Boeing business segments (Corporate, ITSS, and ET&T), BGS ABUs, as well as with various functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and assist in preparing variance analyses for monthly performance to plan (FPRP/A and internal budgets) Provide financial reporting and audit support for business unit management, internal/external auditors, and government agencies (Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)) Support the development of business cases by utilizing appropriate indices and providing accurate data analysis Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to cost and performance measurement to enhance the effectiveness of analysis and reporting Ensure compliance with applicable Boeing and Governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in a finance, estimating, or related role 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 3+ years of experience working with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues 3+ years of experience in cost policy, cost accounting or cost management 1+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners Experience in program management and dashboarding tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPivot, Tableau, etc.) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
