ANALYSTE FINANCIER SENIOR (CPA)

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA designation required
• Strong background in financial reporting, internal controls, SOX compliance, IFRS, and consolidations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with HFM and Power BI is an asset
• Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)

• Support the Manager in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for both external and management reporting.
• Determine accounting treatment and financial implications of complex and exceptional transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX standards.
• Maintain collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders, including the Rio Tinto Copper Finance Business Partner team, Tax, and other Business Process Owners.
• Contribute to the implementation of a financial reporting framework aligned with the group’s growth strategy.
• Participate in internal and external audit engagements.
• Solve complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, engagement, and business excellence.
