Accounts Receivable Specialist (Healthcare)

Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AR Management: Oversee invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation.
• Collections & Field Recovery: Actively monitor receivables; manage follow-ups via calls, emails, and conduct physical field visits to client or payer locations for direct payment and instrument (cash/cheque) collections.
• Reporting: Prepare aging reports and provide status updates to management.
• Compliance: Maintain records in line with UAE financial and VAT regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with Operations and Billing teams to resolve payment disputes.
