Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team which supports our Aerospace and Energy business unit. This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will have responsibility for budgeting and forecasting, analysis and addressing other requests from key stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst must partner and communicate effectively both across the operational team and finance team.

• Partners with the Connected Technologies and Mobility division in developing the annual budget and forecasts
• Assists with coordinating the Thirteen Week Cash Flow (TWCF) and capex tracker
• Responsible for working with the division in the timely submission of business cases for capital projects including challenging the division when required
• Responsible for submitting mid-month forecast and tracking costs for respective labs
• Reviewing of P&L’s with operations team as part of month end close as well as reporting of results and other month end deliverables
• Researches and resolves divisional inquiries for assigned functional areas
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
