Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst (Temp to Perm) Location: Santa Clara, CA Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity, SaaS, or Tech startup environments, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. You’ll play a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering strategic financial insights that support key business decisions. Role & Responsibilities: Maintain and refine integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) to generate insights that guide forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making Support cash flow forecasting and play a key role in both short- and long-term liquidity planning through data-driven insights Collaborate with Accounting to maintain consistency between budgets, forecasts, and reported financials Facilitate operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams Leverage NetSuite and other transactional systems for reporting, data extraction, and reconciliations that support FP&A deliverables Enhance FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical frameworks through continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of FP&A tools and systems Lead ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or Private Equity, ideally in SaaS, PE-backed, or other high-growth environments Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pivot tables) Hands-on experience with NetSuite; exposure to FP&A tools or system implementations a plus Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices Working knowledge of GAAP to ensure forecasts reconcile with reported results Self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Why join us?
