SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is a must have
  • 1-2 years of Accounting experience is a must have
  • CPA or a Master’s degree in Finance is highly preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role is ideal
  • Experience working for one of the Big 4 Accounting firms is a nice to have
  • Strong Intermediate or Advanced MS Excel skills, and good background in finance systems
  • Experience working with operations and other key players in a matrix organization.
  • Experience analyzing trends and make deductions/insights from them - especially in the Service Industry
  • Experience in managing priorities and the ability to give specific examples
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong financial modeling skills
Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst in Toronto to support the Finance Business Partner Function to help drive business performance leading to the attainment of financial targets for the region. The successful applicant will support financial analysis of some portfolio in the Region, complement Management Accounting support on some transactional elements and should be ready to take on leadership responsibilities as the region grows.
