Role Purpose: To ensure the preparation of consolidated site reporting packages & variance analysis, consolidated annual budget & forecasts, consolidated long-range forecast, and management & senior leadership reporting packages to support decision making and business outcomes. Also prepares global assumptions, bridging analysis, non-GAAP measures, and quarterly BSC and credit metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of technical accounting methodologies and processes
• Knowledge of accounting applications and software is an asset but not mandatory
• Fluency in digital tools and software with strong understanding of data management & analytics
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree/certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields
• 3+ years of related Finance experience either in industry, preferably in FP&A roles, or at a public accounting firm
• Mining industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
• CPA or relevant designation
