We believe that, together, we can achieve more.  We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with manufacturing experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean, possesses advanced Excel and data analytics skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, cost analysis, margin improvement, and executive reporting, partnering closely with operations and leadership teams. Overall responsibilities are not limited to but include the following. Major Responsibilities:   * Active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes. * Perform detailed variance analysis (volume, price, mix, labor, overhead, standard cost). * Analyze manufacturing KPIs including production efficiency, overhead costs, etc. * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. * Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations. * Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to improve cost performance. * Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis. * Enhance reporting automation and data analytics capabilities. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (University degree required) * 6+ years of FP&A experience within a manufacturing environment * Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal) * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) Preferred: * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools * CPA or CMA designation (or in progress) * Strong data analytics capabilities (experience with BI tools a plus) * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders   Thank you for your interest in our company and the opportunity to join our team.
