We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our growing finance team. This role will support forecasting, reporting, business analytics, and cross-department planning as we continue to scale. Position Overview The role will own recurring reporting, support company-wide forecasting, and partner with teams across the organization to improve financial visibility and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and excited to build structure in a fast-moving environment. This role is designed to support the broader Finance function by handling data-heavy, repeatable workflows while contributing to meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including sales, margin, product, channel, and content metrics. Maintain dashboards, refresh datasets, and improve reporting accuracy and speed. Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Marketing, Product, Operations, and Content teams. Forecasting & Planning Update forecast models with current trends, volume drivers, and operational inputs. Support month-end and forecast reconciliation processes. Maintain assumptions, data versions, and documentation for financial models. Budgeting Gather department inputs and maintain budget templates. Track budget vs. actuals and communicate key variances. Support annual and mid-year planning cycles. Process Improvement Build and document scalable processes, workflows, and definitions. Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting. Support system enhancements across ERP, BI tools, and finance systems. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, data analytics, or similar analytical roles. Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, including data cleanup and modeling. Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-moving timelines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly. Highly organized, proactive, and driven to improve processes. Tech-savvy with some experience with AI tools and able to learn new tools/systems quickly.
