Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, Pipeline Analytics, located in Titusville, NJ. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, with days both in the office and remote each week.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Pipeline Analytics, will be an integral part of the two-person team responsible for reporting and analyzing over $1B of Wholesale Pipeline inventory held by Janssen’s largest customers. In order to understand the business and provide expert framing and forecasting, close partnerships are required with the cross-functional team comprising Trade Operations, JOM planners, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, GTN Finance, and Brand Finance. Senior Leadership relies on this team to understand inventory drivers of sales fluctuations, in addition to ensuring operational and financial plans are aligned and accurate. Strong organizational and technical skills will serve this role well as the team continues to streamline processes and build out the next generation of analytical capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of three years finance experience is required.
  • Must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must think creatively and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to effectively seek leadership roles in various functions.
  • Must be able to work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred
  • This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% travel
Responsibilities
  • Weekly reporting, analysis, and framing of Inventory, Demand, and Days of Supply at key Wholesalers and Specialty Distributers
  • Leadership of cross-functional team to develop and deliver financial forecasts that reflect business strategy and changing market conditions
  • Continue to deliver value by simplifying processes, developing analytics, and delivering insights that drive decision-making
  • Build strong relationships and lead non-finance and finance business partners to drive the business forward
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mentality and support other Pipeline and GTN ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Collaborate with and provide leadership to Analyst on the team
