BigCommerce is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation team. This individual will be responsible for supporting incentive compensation management and will play a critical part in developing our ongoing compensation strategy. This individual may also be involved in analyses supporting other strategic finance initiatives, such as pricing. The team is based in Austin, TX and London, UK.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage compensation plans in CaptivateIQ to ensure commissions are calculated accurately and efficiently
  • Handle commission calculation and processing each month, resolving inquiries and questions in a timely manner
  • Perform data analyses to provide actionable insights to senior leadership on compensation, pricing, or other financial matters.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights to leaders
  • Proactively identify options for efficiency and effectiveness, highlighting them to leadership with recommendations for remediation
  • Collaborate with partners across the FP&A and GTM teams to implement changes to the compensation plan and launch short-term incentive programs
  • Adhere to SOX compliance guidelines and maintain controls required for commissions
