About the role We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in delivering management reports, performing financial analysis and supporting budget and outlook planning cycles. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements and optimisation of finance applications to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.Key responsibilities Management Reporting Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and adhoc management reports for Senior Management Analyse variances and trends to provide actionable insights to senior leadership Ability to communicate effectively complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders   Financial Planning and Analysis Support and prepare global budget and outlook exercises for the various business units to ensure timely and accurate submission Review and validate submissions from Business Lines and Regions to ensure accuracy, identify and analyse variance against plan, maintain reporting templates and schedules to facilitate the review and submission Work closely with Business Lines and Regional team, Group Finance Team (Financial Controlling, Treasury, Tax) and Functional Owners to understand and analyse financial performance for the Group.   Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in reporting and planning processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial governance framework Drive automation and standardisation across financial workflows Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices   Finance Applications Optimisation Support enhancement and maintenance of financial applications to improve system functionality and user experience Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and decision-making, leverage data analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement Train users and develop documentation for finance tools  About you Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a commercial / audit environment Prior experience in a role with a strong focus on financial analysis and reporting Experience in multinational or matrixed organization is a plus Attention to detail and the ability to identify trend Experience with IBM Controller and planning tools (e.g. Planning Analytics) highly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft office skills (excel, power point, power automate, power BI) Results-oriented and committed, able to multi-task, ability to work with dynamic information and manage competing deadlines Good team player and can work independently, ability to collaborate with global team from different cultures and backgrounds Proven track record in process improvement and system optimization Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
