Job Description Position’s Objective & Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a strategic business partner to the Korea leadership team by providing financial planning, business analytics, performance reporting, and decision support. This role is responsible for supporting forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning (3-year planning horizon), management reporting, and business performance analysis while partnering closely with Commercial teams. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Finance, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, and Executive Decision Support within a fast-growing healthcare technology organization.
