JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our growth and help manage complex loan deals. You will work closely with senior management, providing financial insights, building models, and supporting decision-making to maximise profitability and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in finance, lending, investment banking, or commercial analysis (bridging finance experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analyse bridging loan proposals, deal structures, and financial risk
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and performance reports
• Provide insights into pricing, margins, and revenue optimisation
• Support strategic business decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with underwriting, investor relations, and finance teams to streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
